1. Uptime target
We target 99.9% uptime for the Allmodels API every calendar month. This target applies to every customer, on every plan.
You can see live uptime and past incidents at any time on our status page, status.allmodels.io.
2. Maintenance
Maintenance never affects production. We ship updates without taking the API offline, so there are no maintenance windows to plan around.
3. Incidents
If something goes wrong, we post it on status.allmodels.io and keep it updated until it is fixed. You can subscribe on the status page to get incident updates.
4. Enterprise SLA
We offer a contractual SLA as part of enterprise contracts. To talk about an enterprise contract, email enterprise@allmodels.io.
