1. About this policy

Allmodels is operated by Visibl Holdings Limited, a Delaware corporation (“Visibl,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Allmodels standardizes AI model requests and routes them to third-party providers.

This policy applies to allmodels.io, Allmodels accounts, and the Allmodels APIs.

2. Information we collect

We aim to collect only what we need to provide and protect the Service. This may include:

• Account information: your email address and basic account details.
• Payment information: Stripe handles payment-card information. We receive information about purchases, payment status, and credits.
• Requests and results: we process the prompts, inputs, files, and other data you send so we can route them to a provider and return the result.
• Service information: ordinary server logs and usage information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and understand the quality of the Service.
• Communications: information you send when you contact us for support, privacy requests, or other questions.

We do not currently store request bodies or provider responses as a standard part of providing the Service. However, ordinary operational or error logging may occasionally include prompts, inputs, results, or portions of them.

Please do not send personal, confidential, or sensitive information through the Service unless you have the right to do so and are comfortable sending it to the selected provider.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• create and manage accounts;
• route requests, return results, and calculate usage;
• process purchases and maintain credit balances;
• monitor reliability, performance, security, and service quality;
• prevent fraud, abuse, and illegal activity;
• respond to questions and account-deletion requests; and
• comply with legal and accounting requirements.

4. How we share information

We share information only as reasonably needed for the following purposes:

• AI providers: we send your requests to the provider needed to process them. The provider returns the result and may process the request under its own terms and privacy policy.
• Service providers: we use companies that help us provide infrastructure, payments, security, communications, and other business services. Stripe processes payments for us.
• Legal and safety reasons: we may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, Visibl, or others.
• Business changes: information may be transferred as part of a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business.

Provider names and available routes may change over time. Review the selected provider’s policies before sending information to it.

5. Analytics, cookies, and advertising

We use server-side information to monitor usage and service quality. We do not use advertising or retargeting, and we do not use cookies for advertising or analytics. Any technology used to keep the Service working is not used to track you across unrelated websites.

We do not sell personal information or share it for behavioral advertising.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep account, transaction, usage, and service information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Service, maintain security, prevent fraud, meet accounting requirements, and comply with law.

You may ask us to delete your account and associated data. We will delete information we are not required to keep. Some information may remain for a limited time in backups or may be retained where necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security reasons.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No internet service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International use

Allmodels is available only where we may lawfully offer the Service. We do not offer the Service in countries or territories subject to applicable sanctions or trade restrictions. We and the providers and service providers we use may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have different privacy laws from your country.

9. Your choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You may also ask for a copy of information associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

To make a request, email privacy@allmodels.io. Your local law may give you additional privacy rights.

10. Children

The Service is not intended for children. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the effective date.
